Luca Sonzogni

Luca Sonzogni is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, UK, and a Yoga Teacher from Sivananda, India. He worked for specialised detox and wellness centres before setting up the Smiley Retreat, a leading fasting and wholefood residential centre in Koh Phangan, Thailand. In 2024, he launched ETHOS, a wholefood restaurant at the heart of Sritanu in Koh Phangan.
