A 75-minute Vinyasa-style yoga experience led by Kanke, in a galaxy-inspired studio setting. The session includes 30 minutes of practice on red-light mats by Bliss & Beyond, followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath during Savasana.

The experience

Flow into the evening.

Move through a dynamic yoga practice beneath galaxy-inspired lighting. Kanke leads the flow, with time on the illuminated mats and a quieter close to the evening.

The session ends with crystal singing bowls during Savasana: a chance to lie back, listen and settle after the movement.
